As far as I can tell those blocks aren’t particularly hazardous. The closest MSDS (safety data sheet) I could find is:

Jason, INC says they maintain a MSDS on all of their products.  I’m sure they could answer any questions you may have.

I suspect all is well, but if you are at all concerned call a vet especially if your pooch seems to be feeling poorly.
