Max, your sharpening business has Always blown me away. You are obviously very adept with "people skills". Hell, even I think you're OK...
All I can say is be careful. There are so many cyber criminals these days, and all they need to do is find one chink in your armor. I pay for good security, but I never get suspicious solicitations of any kind.
For one thing, I feel very dubious of anyone without a decent command of the English language. Misspellings should never occur. Spellcheck either screams or corrects automatically. If someone can't capitalize and punctuate at a junior high level, &%$# 'em.
Ask questions. What's your address and/or business name? Where did you hear of me? There are a bunch of innocent questions Genuine people will be happy to answer. One wrong answer, block the number.
Google the phone number. Call them and see if you get an answer.
