Smacks of scam to me! What's with all the bizarre dollar amounts?
It's hard to fathom the depth of stupidity of spammers and scammers. A while ago the Exchange was spammed with spam from the Russian Federation trying to sell Russian beach towels????
No doubt just phishing for credit card numbers, but that aside, who in the US would even be tempted to have beach towels sent from Russia? Seems about as reasonable as hocking bags of old Russian potatoes. Geeze.
