Welcome Smurfs and thank you for your question. Policy positions are determined and maintained by the BESSU Board and not by EOU.  With regard to BESS Partnership applications that are on behalf of hobbyists and small knife sharpening concerns, EOU handles it's own customers needs now. The policy here is simple - provide us with a letter that describes the instrumentation that will be used, the name of your concern, a description of the business and how you hope to use your BESS Partnership as part of that concern. You will receive a certificate, member ID, and art ready files of the BESS logo - all at no charge.
