Thank you to subwoofer in the UK for joining us here on the BESS Exchange and for posting. Subwoofer is a very respected reviewer of knives on both his and our side of the pond. Subwoofer would like to make edge sharpness tests part of his knife reviews and we've been trying to figure out how best to facilitate his needs.
