My brother served in S. Korea and returned with some very beautiful and high quality knives that had been produced by a knife maker in the Seoul area. I would be very interested in learning more about the history of knife making/sharpening in Korea.

I think accurate measurement is essential for development and improvement. And I believe BESS is a great way to apply it to the edge. I will improve my sharpening skills through BESS and became a distributor to supply this great tester to South Korea. I still have a lot of deficiencies, so I have a lot to learn from you.
