Mike, it would be very nice to have own sharpness scale but during the school year it would be difficult for me to deal with it. Even more in physics we have moved from mechanics to electricity and magnetism.
It would be much easier for me now to discover something that deals with magnets. I am wondering if a magnetic knife cuts better or lasts longer sharp than a normal knife.
