Mr.Rupert, I will make these available right away. I'm happier with 3x8" too. These will end up being 1" tall, so that's the size.
Mr. Wade, I use adhesive rubber feet on anything like this. My hones, DMTs and Atomas all have them. I just set one on top of another when I'm not on the edge of the bench or countertop.
