I am a competition swimmer (male) and have been in
almost continuous "conditioning" since 1958 - so
that's about 61 years as of today.
Since my career has included MANY national and
world-level competitions, that meant I was doing a
LOT of shaving of body parts not usually "serviced" by men.
Needless to say, if the dark ages of razors,
we cut ourselves up a lot - We kidded each
other that we had to get to the starting blocks
FAST before we died of loss of blood.
Eventually we discovered DOG GROOMING CLIPPERS.
That meant the safety razors didn't clog up so much,
and the detritus in the razor and the
shower was MUCH more manageable.
PLUS: think of the lives saved from exsanguination........
