Jacksonlea appears to be a subsidiary of Jason, Inc. and somehow related to a company called Osborn.
As far as I can tell those blocks aren’t particularly hazardous. The closest MSDS (safety data sheet) I could find is:

I suspect all is well, but if you are at all concerned call a vet especially if your pooch seems to be feeling poorly.
