Ken and I are riding the same streetcar when it comes to our opinion of Grepper, our own Master of the Kally. We use one of his prototype knife angle guides for the Kally here and with excellent results. Grepper likes to get from "A" to "B" in an efficient (and toothy) manner while producing very sharp (BESS 100) cutlery edges.
