HELP NEEDED
#4
(04-07-2017, 09:56 AM)Jan Wrote: Max, the handles seems to be quite OK only the rivets are eroded. You can replace them with new ones but drilling through the tongue may be challenging. Special drill and countersink is recommended for properly installing the new ones.

I have noticed that the knives are overgrinded in the middle. Are the customers satisfied with it? Undecided

What does she use for detergent? How old are they?

It looks like a batch of bad batch of rivets to me, but I can't find corroborating evidence of any kind.

I know you know what corrosive degradation of the edge looks like. Is that why they are so over-ground?

I would definitely expect them to replace the knives.
