KnifeGrinders has put edge sharpness testing on the map in Australia/New Zealand via his diligence with detail and efforts to improve the knowledge base of sharpeners. The several edge sharpness contests that he has conducted in Australia in conjunction with Australian Knife Magazine would be just one example of those efforts.
