Why don't use CBN wheel for knife sharpening?

I don't see why it wouldn't work, but it may be pretty aggressive on a high speed grinder.  It would probably work better with and adjustable speed bench grinder that could be slowed. Additionally a device like the Tormek bench grinder attachment would be needed to maintain a bevel angle.  

For whatever reason I don't see a lot about it on-line.  I imagine that if you search around a bit you will be able to answer your question.  Interesting idea and question though.  Maybe someone who has tried it or who knows will post.
