Why don't use CBN wheel for knife sharpening?

I too have wondered why there are no CBN belts for belt grinders.  Mr. Mike actually discussed this with a belt manufacturer and I suspect that he will reply when he sees this post

Hello, grepper. 

I know the CBN wheels for Tormek and I have it. But it runs slowly. I wondering why CBN wheel(8")s is not used for knife sharepning at high speed. As you know, CBN wheel generates low heat, has long lifespan, and makes excellent edge.
