...  Mr. Cyrano, could you please post some example images of the automatic 5 stack focus stacking and exposure bracketing?  I’d love to see some actual examples from a forum member.

In my experience, the EDOF feature works well, as one can configure the number of exposures (and thus DoF) to be captured. 

The EDR is less sophisticated, and always captures 3 exposures whose difference from nominal exposure cannot be configured. For specular subjects like knife edges, the automatic exposure range is not always sufficient.
