One of the things I really enjoy with this exchange is the opportunity to communicate with "the pioneers". I have exchanged emails with all of the pioneers, and had telephone conversations with most. To a man, they have been helpful and encouraging. I make this next comment with a playful spirit: Compared with these pioneers, I feel like a wimpy "poor relation"! Every one of the pioneers has at least three of the variable speed motors, and I have lost track of how many conversions Rupert has done over the years! I have only one.

I feel that the shared product surpasses whatever each of us might put together on our own. I am most pleased to be part of this group.
