A little set back for our new KF-10R. A long story but the short of it is that on some KF-10Rs the screw head that holds the magnet in place protrudes just a bit making the fulcrum a little "tipsy". Let us know (edgeonup@gmail.com) if this is the case with your KF-10R. This does not apply to older KF10s. The fix is simple - a different screw. Sorry for any inconvenience.

No big deal EOU. You may know that I ordered the new knife fulcrum primarily for the wider slot. Much better for all my heavier blades. I don't worry much about protecting the edge from plastic but still I like the rubber insert. I still use the old style for thinner blades. Mine wobbled just a bit so I screwed the screw out a little and then ground the head down just a bit on the Kally and screwed it back in. It was about a one minute fix so no biggy.
