Oh my gosh, you hit it on the head, Mr Sharpco! It's almost unimaginably efficient. 

It Literally takes Seconds to put a whole new edge on a knife. No deburring. NONE. 5-10 alternating strokes per side and a hunting knife is ready for another 10- 20 deer. I'll take the pepsi challenge against any other knife or sharpener. 

I've been using One of my neck knives for well over two years, practically all day every day. I've only lost 1/32" of the cutting edge. I use closer to 5 strokes per month than 10.

I can't do it edge trailing, or on a belt.
