Most people don't think about France when it comes to knives, except when the knife only has one blade and one corkscrew. It's surprising what a good corkscrew can cost.

I have found it interesting, that Brotherhood of the Thiers Knife was able to survive with its simple knife design based on the ideas from their forefathers. |
