looking ahead to the New Year - Ken S - 12-31-2018
The bessexers have been pushing back the knowledge frontier in sharpening for several years. This innovation has been remarkable; I have no doubt it will continue in the new year and beyond. A special thank you to Mike for making this exchange possible.
This exchange is like the space program. We are reaching beyond the moon and the 50 BESS "sound barrier". At the same time, this rising tide of knowledge will float all boats; the average sharpener and cook will see sharper knives, knives which also retain that sharp edge longer.
Keep up the good work, fellow bessexers!

Sorry for the delay in posting Ken but holidays and all you know. Thank you for your very kind thoughts on behalf of the Exchange. We agree, our members have made a very significant contribution to the industry this past year and then made the results of their hard work available to all. Thank you, in particular, to Knife Grinders and Subwoofer for the contributions made this past year. The nature of their posts reflect a lot of thought, time and attention to detail.
